SWPL PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Inland Empire FCs Alexis Perez

LA MIRADA, CA (January 25, 2022) – Inland Empire FC forward Alexis Perez has been selected SWPL Player of the Week.

Perez scored four goals in a 6-1 victory over Capistrano FC in a SoCal Premier regular season match on Sunday, Jan. 22. Perez played 90 minutes for Inland Empire FC (4-2-4 overall), which stayed alive in the race for the SWPL title.

Born in Los Angeles, Perez is a Montebello High School graduate and a Rio Hondo College alum. He has seven goals this season for Inland Empire FC.

The SWPL Player of the Week is selected from nominations from league members.
